DEPOSIT SCHEME
At present we ask for a month and a half deposit in addition to the monthly rental figure and this deposit money is placed into a Government registered scheme until the end of the tenancy period.
CREDIT/REFERENCE CHECK
Using an established company to check all prospective clients are suitable and are able to afford the respective rental figure each month.
