Michelle Henderson Hynes BSc (Hons) Est Man, FNAEA, CRLM, CCBT, FICBA
With over 15 years of experience within residential sales and lettings, Michelle who is originally from Walsall, attended local schools Chuckery and Joseph Leckie and then moved away to further her education. Michelle returned to the Midlands to pursue her career in estate agency and now is the proprietor of her own independent estate agents.Since opening in 2003 Henderson Hynes has grown in to what is today a successful estate agents.

In 1994, Michelle qualified with a BSc Hons degree in Estate Management from the University of Central England in Birmingham. She is a fellow of The National Association of Estate Agents, has a Certificate in Commercial and Business Transfer (CCBT) and in Residential Lettings (CRLM) and has recently undergone training as a property auctioneer.

Gareth Walsh MNAEA
Is in his early twenties and while being the youngest member of the company has over four years experience within estate agency. He is qualified to the “Member” level of the National Association of Estate Agents and is the senior sales negotiator and valuer for the company.

Darren Ashfield (known as Ash)
A committed member of the team, in his early thirties and with over 15 years of sales and customer service experience. He is currently studying for the technical award for the National Association of Estate agents and he is our specialist in advising landlords and tenants in renting property.
